Сейчас пошла волна, и кто-то от души по Гвардиоле выложил (нарезки интервью).

Hleb:

"Guardiola didn't give me enough opportunities to show what I could do and that hurt," he explained. "Many times he was unfair with me and that is one of the reasons why I decided to leave. As a fan I'd say he's the best coach, but as a player I could not say the same."

Dante:
"He doesn't speak to you so as a player you don't know where you stand," he told German newspaper Bild. "There are coaches who are world-class from a tactical point of view, but who aren't good on a human level and this is the case with Guardiola."

Ribery (после ухода Гвардиолы):
"Ancelotti is a gift for Bayern and with him I feel confident again," he explained. "I need coaches like him, Jupp Heynckes and Ottmar Hitzfeld."

Златана и Этоо решил не копировать, там и так ясно.

Вобщем о чем это говорит? Когда руководство пропихивает в команду футболистов без обсуждения с тренером - обычно ничем хорошим это не заканчивается. Сегодня почитал, что многие в клубе обрадовались что Гризман ушел (так как он совсем не прижился, и был взят Барто по политическим и маркетинговым причинам). На спортивные причины тупо забили.

Так что или поддерживай тренера или меняй тренера. Но пихать в глотку невпихуемое - вредит всем. Так кстати в свое время и Гвардиола ушел, что его решили не слушать.
